The most overlooked piece of manifestation is the most crucial one.

Building on last week's exploration of authentic Self-expression as the foundation for manifestation, there's another essential piece that most manifesting guidance overlooks.

Rick Rubin, one of my favorite artists who I also view as a modern philosopher and spiritual thought-leader, is such a perfect example of someone who manifests on such a massive level through authenticity, Self-mastery, and trust.

THE ART OF ALIGNED CREATION

Rick is a prolific luminary who's produced groundbreaking albums across every genre, from hip-hop to heavy metal, transformed countless artists' careers, and reshaped the music industry. His journey demonstrates a crucial element of creation that enhances any manifestation practice: the art of being completely present and aligned creation.

THE ENERGY HAS TO MATCH

But here's what isn’t highlighted on Rick's ability to manifest at such a high level: it starts with his relationship with himself. You can't create at a sensational level from a place of deep presence like Rick has if you're constantly doubting or fighting yourself.

This is where most manifestation practices fall short. They focus on the external vision without addressing the internal relationship. You can't manifest high-level experiences while maintaining low-level beliefs about your worth.

You can make all the vision boards in the world, but if you don't believe you deserve what you're visualizing, you're creating energetic conflict rather than alignment. And it’s beyond the message of feeling worthy— yes, that part— and do you truly believe in yourself? Do you truly trust yourself? Are you truly being yourself?

These questions are imperative to ask yourself. You want to be living with FUCK YES energy to those answers if you want to manifest a FUCK YES life. (or whatever magical phrase you prefer to use, that’s mine. ;))

Think about it: How can you manifest deep, fulfilling relationships while maintaining a shallow relationship with yourself? How can you create abundance when you don't trust yourself to handle it or feel poor inside?

The energy doesn't match.

WHAT NATURAL MANIFESTATION LOOKS LIKE

I know this is a truth through my own journey. The evolution of my career life is a perfect example. I didn't see it coming because I wasn't forcing it. Instead, I focused on deepening my relationship with mySelf, trusting my inner wisdom, my intuition, and honoring my authentic desires. I stayed tuned into my heart and one day got the idea to start a podcast - that idea was the catalyst to radically shift my career life, bringing me into my dharma - my soul's purpose and highest path of contribution.

Joseph Campbell said it perfectly: "If you follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living."

It wasn't a vision board dream to become a published writer, podcaster, and speaker; it was the devotion to myself, trust in my inner knowing, and decisive action I took from my authentic Self. All of this continues to bring me into higher expressions of myself and evolution.

Do I now have specific podcast goals on my vision board? Absolutely. Do I visualize conversations with epic guests like Rick Rubin? Fuck yes, and that will happen. Remember those words.

But these visions work because they're anchored in my authentic alignment and presence, not desperate forcing or any lack based energy. It’s love energy Im manifesting from. And this is the energy that all great manifestors create from.

CREATING FROM SOUL LEVEL

Here's another truth about manifestation that most miss:

We're not here just to manifest material experiences. There's nothing wrong with desiring success and abundance; I’m all for it in my own life, but our deepest fulfillment comes from manifesting spiritual expansion and soulful, meaningful experiences.

When you develop a rich relationship with yourself, a truly loving bond with your authentic Self, you naturally begin manifesting at this deeper level. You start creating experiences that expand your Soul, not just your bank account.

This is what true thriving looks like:

Manifesting from a place of wholeness rather than lack, creating experiences that expand your spirit while honoring your authentic path.

This is such a huge piece of manifestation. It's not just about creating what you want; it's about developing such a strong relationship with yourself that you naturally trust your evolution. When you truly befriend yourself, honor your authentic desires, and respect your inner wisdom, manifestation becomes less about forcing outcomes and more about allowing your natural expansion.
