THE VIBE:
The Power of Flexibility
This is a love letter to the pivot. To the stretch. To the brave act of staying with yourself while staying open and navigating the hard parts of growth.
We’re often taught to equate strength with certainty.
With conviction. With always knowing what comes next.
With standing tall in every storm.
But I’ve come to learn—especially in the most tender, stretched, transformative chapters of my life—that real strength doesn’t always look like certainty.
Real strength is multidimensional.
Sometimes it’s bold. Sometimes it’s soft. Sometimes it’s still.
Sometimes, it’s the decision to stay brave when everything in you wants to run.
Real strength doesn’t always look like certainty.
Strength ≠ Rigidity
Real growth asks you to pivot more than it asks you to prove.— xRx
We often think of strength as power, clarity, and control. That’s one way to look at it— but it’s not the only way.
What I believe—and what I continue to experience—is that some of the deepest strength shows up in your ability to bend without breaking.
To adjust without abandoning yourself.
To stay in motion without rushing to a fixed outcome for false security.
This isn’t passivity—it’s power with depth. It’s a strength that doesn’t perform. It knows when to shift and when to hold. It means we’re relating to strength through a multidimensional lens. It’s a lens that makes space for process, pause, and presence. It’s a lens that recognizes real growth and asks you to pivot more than it asks you to prove.
And that won’t always come with clarity.
But it will always call for honesty. And when you can meet that honesty with flexibility,
you’re not operating from weakness. You’re standing inside real power.
A power that expands.
A power rooted in alignment.
A power that can honor your evolution, even when it’s messy.
A power that knows how to adapt to the chaos instead of collapsing from it.
Soft—Not Delicate.
I’m a strong woman, not because I bulldoze my vulnerabilities or pressure— hardly. I’m strong because I honor them with compassion and respect. This keeps my edge sharpened and my strength powerful.
I view softness as a sacred strength. It keeps you anchored in your heart—anchored to your truth. It’s having the ability to stay in a loving relationship with yourself through the stretch— even when you feel pulled at the seams. It’s what keeps you malleable and not breaking under pressure. To not abandon your growth to get back to something familiar.
There are moments when I feel like I’m turning a corner that is taking forever to get around. There are moments where I feel like I reached a threshold and my Future Self is cheering me on to get across it.
Some days, I feel clear, vibrant, and momentous. On other days, I feel like Im spinning wheels with my hair stuck in the spokes— not fun at all.
Growth can be a total mindfuck. But it doesn’t have to be. What I’ve learned is that strength in hard moments isn’t measured by how much you can handle; it’s measured by how hard you can love yourself when bullying yourself would be easier.
Strength in hard moments is how close I can stay to myself in the not-knowing. It’s how much reverence I can hold for myself and my path when I don’t have the answers. It’s how courageously I can walk forward even when the path isn’t fully formed.
This is not just how I’ve grown.
This is how I’ve learned to trust myself.
Your Greatest Allies in Growth Aren’t Loud. But They’re Fierce.
The truth is—this part may feel undefinable. But it’s actually one of the most defining moments in your journey. This part of your journey asks you to deepen the relationship you have with yourself as you navigate the stretch, the uncertainty, the becoming.
The building of this Self-relationship turns into a real bond—your Self-bond— and that bond is EVERYTHING that matters most and first to build a life that’s true and thrives. Your greatest allies in this process are not forceful or controlling. They’re not pushing. They’re not pretending. They are quiet. But they are fierce:
It’s your Self-honesty—the voice that says, “This isn’t working anymore,” even when it feels so fucking risky.
It’s your Self-compassion—the reverence you hold for yourself when you’re getting your ass kicked in the stretch. The way you let pain coexist with your presence without letting it infect your identity.
It’s your Self-trust—the knowing that even if the next step is unclear, you won’t abandon yourself in the process. And that right there? That’s everything.
And it’s your flexibility—the instinct to pivot, soften, and allow your path to shift without severing your center. These aren’t accessories to growth. They are the growth. This is how you build strength without hardening. This is how you grow without leaving yourself behind. This is how you become more of who you truly are.
Because that’s what you came here to do— to experience the truth and full expression of who you are.
In Part IV, I won’t explain growth.
I’ll let it speak for itself.

PS. Self-intimacy is the first step in becoming a woman who moves through life powerfully with growth, sovereignty, presence, and unbreakable trust in herSelf. And that’s exactly what we cultivate inside The Opulent Woman Circle— details below.
Late but right on time when I did read it. I think this essay pulled me in both physically and mentally the most. I am standing at an impass within myself. I did a freeze for about 2 weeks and the flight I choose was had but I am having that trust + compassion with myself. Future self + I are on the same page. She and I are holding me down. Growth is in fact a mindfuck but it is also beautiful...fucked up, but beautiful. Thank you for putting this out in the world. My energy called it in when it needed it most. Forever honored to be in the arena with you and be pulled into the magic of Roxanne. ❤️
