THE VIBE:
Here’s a woman I know so intimately—one I’ve been getting to know, honor, and love over decades of existence.
She is me.
A few mornings ago while the Sun was still asleep, curled up on my couch, I found myself deeply feeling into the devotion of my heart. It was an intimate moment between my tenderness and strength.
I was holding my heart in that moment, witnessing myself, my sacredness, and my journey.
It led me into a writing trance and born from it, a piece of prose titled "To You Strong Woman."
It poured out of me as a message to my own heart. As I felt deeply into the writing, I was simultaneously writing to the strong women I’m honored to hold space for.
It’s for the woman whose spine is made of mountain stone and whose heart loves with infinite purity.
It’s for every woman who loves without limits, who holds space for others even amidst her own storms, and who deserves to be seen, held, and celebrated.
Strong woman, I know you because I am you.
The one who keeps showing up, who keeps holding space, even when her own storms rage.
The one who loves fiercely and gives endlessly, all while carrying more than most people even notice.
The woman whose strength walks with lions and whose tenderness deserves to be cherished like the goddess Nike—victorious and divine.
You are the woman who walks through life with grace no matter the weight you carry. The one who everyone turns to, knowing you’ll have the answers—or at least the strength to stand beside them while they find their own.
But I also know the truth behind that strength.
There are moments when you feel unseen, even as you hold space for everyone else.
Sometimes, you wonder if anyone could ever truly understand the depth of your heart, the dimensions of your soul, or the tenderness of your essence.
But here’s something powerful to feel into:
Strength isn’t just about enduring. It’s about honoring all the parts of yourself, even the ones that feel tired and tender. It’s about allowing yourself to rest, to be held, and to be witnessed—not just for what you do, but for who you are.
You deserve to be witnessed, cherished, and loved in the fullness of her being—not just for your strength but for your softness.
This prose is a magnetic activation not just for the strong woman who carries it all but the whole woman whose strength is cradled by her softness.
This is for the parts of us that often go unnoticed but deserve to be championed, celebrated, and fiercely protected.
This is also a sneak preview piece to my book, The Truth In You Knows, releasing in 2025.
