I’ve been in a rhythm lately that doesn’t just demand energy — it demands precision. Presence. Vitality. Not the kind of energy that runs on adrenaline, but the kind that comes from deep alignment. From being all-in with your purpose. From waking up and choosing to meet your life — every part of it — with devotion.
The deeper I get into writing my book, The Truth In You Knows, the clearer it becomes: vitality isn’t just about fuel. It’s about direction. It’s about having enough of your Self available to actually bring your vision into life. Not just to think about it. Not just to talk about it. But to live it. To move it. To become it.
